We do four things properly rather than twelve things adequately. If what you need is outside this list, we will tell you on the first call and point you at someone who does it well.
Timelines are elapsed weeks from start to handover, not weeks of full-time work — we run a handful of jobs at once.

Behind-the-counter tools
Every business has one job that eats an hour a day and lives in a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, or somebody’s head. We sit with the person doing it, watch them do it, and build the thing that removes the hour.
